Great match for a short visit in North Conway at a reasonable price. The outdoor hot tub on a snowy night was awesome for unwinding. Just make sure to confirm where your room is located.

The hotel is beautiful and in a particularly good location close to many things. The rooms are outstanding and updated, and are complete with all the comforts, a kitchenette, as example. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and fridges are a nice touch.

Friendly family hotel
Fifties, Lucille Ball type of folding bed in the wall, very soft mattress. Did not sleep well at all.

Good for family gatherings
Super spacious with a huge kitchen and a big fridge-perfect for our Thanksgiving feast! The location was unreal, close to all the shops and great food spots. The only bummer was the steep stairs, kinda tricky for seniors. A good spot to hang with family!

great access to parks and local dining options
We loved being within a few steps of scenic Schouler Park and just a short stroll to popular spots like 18° Celcius Micro Batch Ice Cream, making our weekend stay enjoyable for city exploring and tasty treats.

Location.
Parking was terrible! Once the theatre and resturant are at the peak time there is no room for guests to park. Hotel staff then direct you to park way behind the hotel and you have to walk back thru a path in the woods to get to the hotel. For the amount you pay you ought to have a parking spot.

The hotel is beautiful and quirky with updated rooms. The personnel is very cordial and informative. The location is marvellous, in the White Mountains. The Irish bar is a nice plus. Thank you for a really great stay.

The spacious studio with a kitchen was bright and clean, great to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings, including the nature trail leading to the Saco River.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available to keep them entertained during downtime.

Comfortable and clean, for the most part.
The bathroom sink gurgled each time a toilet somewhere else was flushed. We heard it often through the night. I didn't think much of it, after all the main building is quite old. In the morning, however, when I entered the bathroom I heard the gurgle and boy did it stink. I was happy we were there only for one night. I mentioned it at check out, and though it wasn't a huge problem, I expected at least a coupon for dinner or another night.

Magnificent location, near a main street and a theatre. Spotless, well-maintained rooms with central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment. Paid $ 245.

great stay but some room for improvement
The accommodations felt spacious and well-maintained. The kitchen area.
For the price we paid, some attention to guest departures would have been appreciated.
